Last week, CGSoft and GAIA Winery SA reached a cooperation agreement for the full computerization of the latter with the leading software products Thesis ERP and Thesis Winery.

GAIA Winery, founded in 1994 by Leo Karatsalos (Agriculturist, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and Yiannis Paraskevopoulos (Agriculturist, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, PhD in Oenology from the University of Bordeaux II), has established its wineries in two of the highest quality wine-growing regions in Greece, Santorini and Nemea. Behind GAIA’s labels lies a simple and at the same time “provocative” idea, which is none other than to explore in depth the limits of Greek varieties and, using cutting-edge knowledge and technology, to offer the wine lover the best possible result. An idea that was soon established in Greece and abroad, highlighting the uniqueness of its wines. Moreover, the aim of GAIA executives was -and remains unchanged to this day- to highlight the qualitative potential of indigenous varieties, with a commitment to high quality and their recognition in international markets, with honesty towards those -now many- who trust them.

This basic idea of ​​the founders of GAIA, and in particular, the utilization of cutting-edge technology with the aim of achieving the best result, is confirmed by the above strategic choice of cooperation with CGSoft and the decision to fully computerize the business, with the latest versions of the Thesis ERP and Thesis Winery products, two applications that for years have successfully supported the business and quality goals of people in the industry nationwide. On the other hand, our collaboration with two professionals renowned in the market, with deep knowledge of their subject and with emblematic wines in their long and multifaceted presence, in addition to being an honor for CGSoft, is expected to further enrich the knowledge of our executives, as well as the capabilities of our products.
