CGSoft-Entersoft Strategic Agreement

The start of a new year marks a new beginning for CGSoft. After nearly forty years of success, we have entered into a strategic agreement, with the acquisition of CGSoft’s shares by Entersoft. We are thus inaugurating a new period of dynamic positioning in the market for Thesis Property Suite solutions, with new funds and human resources to support and develop the applications you already know and operate.

The IT company Entersoft, listed on the main market of the Athens Stock Exchange, with an important history, products, technologies and clientele in 32 countries, is a leading player in the business software market, with a wide range of products and solutions (Entersoft Business Suite), while at the same time, it is the leading e-invoicing provider in Greece.

This strategic move seals the dynamic course of CGSoft and secures the resources for its further development, for the benefit of its customers and people. Investments in new technologies will continue happening and they will intensify. Leveraging Entersoft’s market leadership, combined with the high expertise of the executives of both companies and our advanced technology, we are determined and able to provide even better services in the future.
